Anyone have any good ideas for cookin chicken with salsa? Salsa is good for you correct? I usually only have it on the rare occasion we goto the mexican restaurant (for a cheat). Would a chicken breast grilled with garlic,salt,pepper and then topped with a mild salsa be a clean meal?

Second question: How much sodium is to much? I think im havin trouble seeing weight loss bc im eating to much sodium and retaining water weight. I am so critical of everything i eat, and make sure im in a deficit, yet the scale is not showin me what i wanna see.

2400mg is the quoted max. This is though taking into account a weak water intake. If you are taking in enough water, though don't go crazy of course, your sodium intake isn't going to matter to much. I don't watch mine at all, I just make sure I get plenty of water in me.
