Hi all,
First of all Happy New Year to everyone. Had my first post Christmas lifting session today(my gym was closed from the 22nd til yesterday) and I had a pretty horrible time, which culminated in puking! Its only ever happened once before and that was due to me being in South America travelling for 6 weeks with no gym access. I was wondering, does anyone think that its a case of my body saying "well if you think you can lift equal or more to what you were lifting before christmas, and then for 2 weeks give me nothing but bad food and beer you can forget about it"? Or is it something I should be a little worried about?
Finally, calorie question. When you're bulking and going into excess calorie consumption what happens to the unused calories on your non work out days, are they stored as fat or does your body use them to help build along with your protein and carbs? The reason I ask is on off days why not resort to just you ML calorific intake and that way not start building unwanted fat cells?
Thanks everyone
