Weight-Loss 2 more kg before reaching BMI and I keep eating!!!!!!!! help

guys


I dunno why,been dieting and exercising for more than a year, lost nearly 15 kg..another 2 ..I would reach the healthy BMI level,


I am exercising, bt I just have this wierd cravings..and its not like I feel like eating mcds or pizza..I can eat anything..even..cream crackers...wholemeal bread..I just cant stop eating.any healthy food..just name it..and I DO NOT FEEL FULL. .I drink plenty of water though..


I know I am getting stressed about this weight thingy..bt losing 1 kg in the next 2 weeks would be great. I was supposed to be in the healthy level BMI.


Anyway, any idea on what I should eat or take to help me keep full so that I dun keep eating..
 
Hard to say... What does your typical daily diet look like? I would first look at your protein intake to see if you're getting enough throughout the day.
