2 Months... is it enought time

Hi, i currently train 5 days a week in the gym. I am going on holidays 2 months from today and i was thinking i would like to get in slightly better shape for my holidays.

I was thinking of getting some creatine to help my training. Would the effects of creatine be noticed within 2 months, do you think it could help make a difference in that time scale, thanks in advance for your help

Hi,

Firstly you haven't provided enough detail, such as age, gender current health and your goal.
Furthermore, you should do some research on creatine and see how it helps develop results if you dont know much about it.
Assuming your goal is to gain some muscle and tone up, creatine would not help but rather 2 months is enough time to get you into some better shape with just a simple program.

Cheers

I tend to stay away from substances such as Creotene or steroids etc

you may be better off doing the PX-90 course ... it's over 90 days (3 months), but from what I have read, you will start seeing good results in a few weeks

I have not done this course and am merely stating what I have read on other forums .... lots of info on google

5 days a week is too much, you need to go 3-4 times a week but work hard...

Your muscles don't grow while your in the gym, they grow when you're resting.

4 times a week max I'd say.

and yes, if you eat right you will notice a difference - the one big mistake most people make is they over train, you need to rest!

I know guys that go to the gym 6 days a week in the evening and also do 20 minutes of a home workout before work in the morning and they look to be in the best shape. As long as you are not constantly working the same muscles i think 1 full days rest is enough

Did you reach your goal?
