2 meals a day enough?

I never get hungy for breakfast, usually I drink 2 big cups of coffee and finally get hungry around noon. So my question is this- Is it ok to eat 2 meals a day (12p and 6p) if I am intaking a well balanced diet? I have heard that it is better to have many small meals during the day, but I never feel hugry for breakfast.
 
If you spend some time reading around the forum you'll several threads that point out that there's no evidence behind the 6 meals a day vs 3 meals vs whatever... it's total calories consumed during the day that contribute to weight gain or weight loss.

What's your workout plan look like?

What are your current stats?
 
Two is a little extreme on the low end of the spectrum. I have a hard time believing you are eating a balanced and adaquate diet using a 2-meal plan.
