Yay, finally turned my office/fitness room around so that my treadmill is right in front of the television and my computer work station is off to the side against the wall. It's a fantastic setup.

I'm on week 6 of my diet plan and had been stalling on the fitness part. The slow down in weight loss finally prompted me to do it yesterday. It's great watching tv while i work out... the exercise shows totally inspire me to keep going. Hooray!
 
good luck reaching your goal, its awesome that you've added fitness to your plan!! :)
 
I find watching stuff like biggest loser on tv whilst exercising makes me feel bad everytime i get off so i do heaps more and harder too :D
