Dear Diary

Once again, I started my so called weight loss program. Firstly, I started by eating healthily yesterday.

Breakfast - toast, scrambled eggs and coffee
Lunch - chappati with veges and watermelon juice
snack -1/2 cup mini cookies with light black coffee
Dinner - 2 slices wholemeal bread with tuna light in olive oil and ice green tea

I did snack on a few almond chocs....

I should avoid the olive oil tuna and substitute it with tuna in water.

Workout

1 hr cardio dance....

I started slow cos I dun wanna work out like hell and later feel burned.

Can't work out today cos gotta go out to teach tuition. Perhaps, I'll walk on treadmill instead at nite. Abt 10pm perhaps.
