I have finally had enough melt downs in the fitting rooms at department stores. I almost got stuck in one dress! It wasn't a pretty site I want my knee and back pains to go away too. I recently joined LA Weight Loss (May 15) and I've lost 4.5 lbs I was 190lbs.

p.s. I can totally relate to the dress story!! Sorry, it's kind of funny after the fact... pretty upsetting and depressing while you are in the dressing room...

and yeah I can TOTALLY relate.
it's especially depressing experience for me when I tried the LARGEST size they had and it STILL didn't fit. >_< tramautizing.
