I am male, 24 years old, 173cm and 68kg. (I was 72kg)

Sun-Thur
Breakfast
2 piece of toast, ham, 1 fried egg and a cup of earl grey tea.

Lunch
6g fat subway or cesar salad.

Dinner
few pieces of low fat biscuit and a green apple

Exercise (Sun-Thur)
3mins of skipping and 40mins jogging.

Fri and Sat are my naughty days. (no exercise in those 2 days)
I normally eat lightly during the day, at night I eat regular stuffs..eg fried food or stir fried... rice, noodles.. raw.. etc.
I drink and social smoke in those 2 days too.. hard to jog on Mondays..

And I have a glass of wine at night for almost every night.

The reason I want to lose weight is because ppl said I got fat, also because I am attending my sister's wedding and I want to look in shape.
Would this be the proper mind set?
I am not sure what will happen after the wedding..

my guess would be - if you go back to eating as you normally did, the weight you lost will come back on...

your calories are quite low and doesn't look like it'd be sustainable long term - and you really should add in exercise other than just cardio... add in some strength training...

good luck with the wedding..

hey there
Can you suggest some food to insert into either breakfast or dinner?

And what do you mean by strength training?

cheers

You really should add some form of protein in your dinner.

Strength training is usualy weight lifting, but I think you could get away with things like pushups, pullups, and squating.

one question about push ups and sit ups..
I am trying to lose some tummy fat.. if I do sit ups regularly.. they will turn into muscle right?

I was thinking to lose those fat first and then begin body build.

Not sure if that makes sense.

and when you say add some form of protein.. can you list some foods for me please? thx
