Hey guys, This is my first post..
But, Recently I joined a gym. Awesome gym and very upscale. Love it. First reason to join the gym was to remail active. And I KNEW that I needed to excersize to even consider loosing weight.
So my first workout day I weighed in at 245lbs.. my highest yet, though I was always overweight. Ive worked out back in HS but never really stuck to it.
So.. My first day I decided to jog/walk one mile and 15 minutes on elliptical on high level to keep cardio up.
Second and third visit I upped it to jogging two miles non-stop. And continued this for about 4 out of the 5 or 6 days of working out a week.
Once a week I jog three miles with one two minute break of fast walking.
I found that running 2 miles a day and 3 miles once a week while combining 15-30 minutes on the elliptical is a great way to loose wait. I know whe cant advertise on here lol.. so I will give the product a codename. I always use "Blueline" Energy drink and pills before a workout.. awesome stuff.
So seems that every 4-5 days I loose about three pounds.
Started at 245 about two weeks ago. Now at 238.
