Hello! Im new to this site but I am liking it so far. I hope someone will be able to help me after reading this. I am about 5 feet 114 pounds and I ideally want to be at 105. I exercise at least 5 days out of 7 and do not consume more then 1200 calories a day. What am I doing wrong? Please help also I have Kik messenger. Thanks :)

This is true. When I began fatloss, I didn't need people around me saying things like, "aww, there's a breakfast special" or, "just one donut won't hurt" even jokingly.

I began to think these people don't give a hoot about my fatloss quest and my health, some friends they are.

So, I said "see you later" I must do my own thing.

Fatloss is hard enough.
 
Hello, if you want to lose some of your weight, then you can take a morning jog for about 45 minutes. Consume less sugar and salt and try to intake more and more green vegetables, I know it might be little tough being a youngster but will surely help to put down some weight.
 
Weight loss is a thing which take a lot of time and patience.If you constantly check your weight and cry that its not going to change anything.Follow a strict diet plan and see the difference.
have things like soup, fruits ,fruit juice,aloe Vera which is bitter and vegetable salads or Avocado Sandwiches.
