Hi everyone.. I'm starting my 18 week challenge on May 7th, 2007!!
I want to lose 36 lbs by September 10th (the day after my 19th birthday!) right now i think I'm around 210, but ill b weighing myself on the 7th! hopefully i don't weigh more lol
So heres the chart for my challenge, and I'm going to weigh myself in once a month!

I know the dates r weird lol.. but thats how I'm going to do it!!!!! and I'm really set on this!!!!! i really hope to lose 36lbs, thats 2lbs a weeks! i think thats do able!!! And i hope that lots of ppl join me in this challenge... and give each other lots of support!
