Hi everyone.. I'm starting my 18 week challenge on May 7th, 2007!!

I want to lose 36 lbs by September 10th (the day after my 19th birthday!) right now i think I'm around 210, but ill b weighing myself on the 7th! hopefully i don't weigh more:eek: lol

So heres the chart for my challenge, and I'm going to weigh myself in once a month!

I know the dates r weird lol.. but thats how I'm going to do it!!!!! and I'm really set on this!!!!! i really hope to lose 36lbs, thats 2lbs a weeks! i think thats do able!!! And i hope that lots of ppl join me in this challenge... and give each other lots of support!

Good luck to you! I'm 232.5! Lost about 21.5 pounds since April 12th, the start of my 16 week challenge in a hopes to lose 80 pounds by August 1st and another 15 the month of August for the start of college where I hope to be 155. I'm doing great so far and would love to know what your plans are! We can maybe swap advice and help each other out!

Yes i have a diary its under the tag starting fresh!

i just plan on watching my calories and doing my Turbo jam at least 6 days out of the week!!

And congrats on ur weightloss so fr! AWSOME job!!! you should b very proud of urself!!!!

hmm i never thought of an exact makeover plan.
but i am 150, needing to be around 110 or less.
i would love tolose it all at once lol but i think,
if i start too may 7th and weigh myself october 7th- it might b dooable whadya all think

i am just going to do an elliptical one hour daily.
also do breakfast/lunch of protein shake
fruits/veggies in between
and dinner as an indian meal
but i will not say no to junk food cravings- cuz otherwise iw illl crash n burn fast

Lets do this. Start weight today : 210 Would be amazing to be in the 170's for my birthday. Best present I could give myself. :D

I would love to join in this challenge also. I think it would be another way to keep on track. Once it gets hot I tend to hibernate in the air conditioner. I know the more fit and smaller I am the better I deal with our heat and humidity.

I'm up for it. I think my main problem is being accountable so this would help. I can do it in addition to the 2lb/week monthly challenges. It'd be nice to see the numbers really drop.

post your challenge on to track your weight and invite others. It's a site I'm developing and I would love to get some competitions going on it. Right now there are 5-6 competitions going and they seem to be working well.

I'm in too! It doesn't matter how much I weigh by September, just so long as I don't weigh the same as I do now! :jump: I'm only going to weigh myself once a month too ... if I can help myself! :D

I have to lose 38 lbs till september end. I am going to weigh myself every 4 weeks. I am 24 & got married 7 months back, gained 20 lbs after wedding. I sometimes wonder what marriage did to me. Some say its happiness that I am gaining weight, but if happiness means gaining weight, then I DONT WANT TO BE HAPPY:jump:
May be its oral contraceptives which made me gain all those kgs. but anyway, I am leaving everything behind.

here are my two cents
1. I'm drinking lots & lots of water, To facilitate taking water I carry two bottles of water at work & make sure I finish two more at home.
2. i am eating a fist size portion of meal every 3-4 hrs. that keeps my maetab high
3. daily 300 cals of treadmill or elliptical
4. i try to avoid junk 6 days a week, 7th day is my holiday, I eat whatevr I want. Thats sunday, But I do swimming & play tennis on that day, so its ok!
I cant wait to lose weight now, I want to be thin sooooon.

I plan to make this weekend really useful by swimming & playing tennis.
its fun plus calories burnt.
what about everyone else?? what are your plans guys? share some more innovative methods to lose fast.
 
Hi i want to join (although i am a week behind i will backdate the weight)

I have my graduation Ball on the 22nd September so i will be with you all the way! i have had a good start so far lost 3 lb last week :)

So to lose 36 lbs by September 10th sounds fab

I'm going to weigh myself in once a week but update this 1ce a month!

Just wondering how everyone is doing?
Im going ok but its still quite new so still very determind i think i will start struggling over the next few weeks just from a motivation point of view so may be on here looking for some!!!
