Im 17 and my schools just about to end for summer. I am looking for the best way to gain some weight this summer as i want to be alot bigger for next years rugby season. Right now i am about 5'9 145. I wouldnt say im skinny but im definitly not big. I am not going to the gym at the moment as rugby just ended for me and it was to often to maintain a good workout routine. I am joining a gym again for this summer(haven't gone since march) and i was wondering if there are any tips for gaining some weight this summer, and how much i could hope to gain. I would probbably be going to the gym 5 times a week for 2 hours each time. I was also wondering if getting some whey protein supplements would be beneficial to me and also if creatine would help my performance at all as i heard you lose alot of mass as soon as you stop taking it. Any tips at all would be much appreciated and any certain excercises or supplements would be awesome as well.
