Hey I want to get into skeleton racing (its like Luge) And it requires a really good sprint start.
I was wondering what anyone could recommend to improve this? My 30m sprint time is aprox 5.8 seconds (from memory)
I really want to cut a second off this if its possible.
To get my dream out there I want to go to the winter Olympics and represent New Zealand. So while I cant get any ice time (no track in NZ) I want to be able to have a great start time to get into the sport

height: 163 cm
fitness: Okay don't have a lot of stamina though
