17 yr old girl Looking to train for sprinting

Hey I want to get into skeleton racing (its like Luge) And it requires a really good sprint start.
I was wondering what anyone could recommend to improve this? My 30m sprint time is aprox 5.8 seconds (from memory)
I really want to cut a second off this if its possible.

To get my dream out there I want to go to the winter Olympics and represent New Zealand. So while I cant get any ice time (no track in NZ) I want to be able to have a great start time to get into the sport :)

weight: 55 kg
height: 163 cm
fitness: Okay don't have a lot of stamina though

What does your coach recommend?
 
I dont have one :)
My pe teacher has shown me a few different exercises, and tips (eg make sure you have straight posture ect)
but not how to put it in a program and how to get good results ect.

To increase sprinting you should have jumping continuously and running as well. Sprinting is basically a thing that is made better by running continuously in slow motion day by day. Keep dieting, do exercising and running this thing is too much supportable for you. Thanks for sharing your ideas with me.
