17 Year old Trying to gain Athleticism and Strength

Hi, I'm 5'10, a skinny 175 pounds (yeah, I don't get it either) looking to gain muscle and some athleticism. I have the Jump Attack routine, but it seems to focused on the lower body, while I'm looking for a more full-body workout. I also want to gain about 25 pounds, but don't know how that would effect my goals. Can someone help me with a plan, any supplements I should be taking, (not steroids, even though I've been seriously told that) or just general help?
