17 Year old needs some Musicle building help

Hiya everyone,

kk so heres the deal.. for about 8 months now i've been on a misson to deveop some abs for myself and ended up getting a lean six pack.

however because of the sports i do and my diet i ended up losing alot of % body fat (its down to a shocking 5%) and muscle and now only weigh a measly 42 kg when i am 4 foot 11 inches.

so i was wondering can you awesome people show me a workout routine and diet plan (im Vegetarian) to build some muscle and gain some proper weight without losing my six pack plz.

If you want to put on any real muscle, you might have to forgo a 6 pack until you get there.

You're either in a claoric surplus to put on weight, or a caloric deficit to lose.

Are you a wrestler?

A great place to go for a beginner routine is Starting Strength. 1000's of athletes can't be wrong....

Hey,

you might wanna check out bodybuilding.com and look at some of the plans and articles. That helped a lot for me.
