17 year old needs helpp

im 17, 5'6" rougly around 226, but during the wrestling season i cut weight to wrestle 215.. i bench 320 and squat 455.. its easy for me to lose weight but i really don't have the motivation to keep it off, i would like to try a diet/workout plan that helps me lose weight, get cut, and still be able to lift what i still lift, any ideas? workout routines to help me slim fat instead of bulking up?
 
I would first read the stickies in the nutrition section and after reading those come back with any specific questions you have and someone I am sure can help you out.
