17 year old male: seeking advice on supplements

Looking to lean down, getting information on a good PT chart. What should be my daily vitamin intake, and how do you suggest me getting it. Also, not looking to bulk up or change any of my hormones but any supplements that can somehow make me healthier and what not without possible harm (not including allergic reactions) please let me know.
 
a simple daily multivitamin and eating clean is all you need.

I like Source Naturals brand, Life-Force multivitamin. Per the label you can take up to 4 caps a day but I rarely take more than 1 or 2 a day.

A vitamin supplement is just insurance...it IS possible to eat whole foods and get your RDA's of vitamins and minerals. a vitamin supplement just helps ensure you are getting it.
