Sport 17 year old male: seeking advice on healthy eating

What would be a good grocery list that you can make some healthy meals with that doesn't cost a lot. Want to know due to the fact I eat top ramen everyday. Throw your recipes at me people!

Top Ramen is ****e food. Its low quality starchy carbs and saturated fat...a lotta calories and not much 'nutrition' to be had.
