I'm 5'10" and weigh 220 pounds. I just started running on an elliptical for 30 minutes every other day and doing weight training before the running. I have
as my weight machine. I want to get down to like 200 or 190 pounds and have a more toned body. I do have a bigger body build. If anyone could help me out with a meal plan/ weight lifting for that machine it would be greatly appreciated. Should I run every day or every other day and should I do the weight training before or after the cardio. Lastly, should I eat dinner before or after I work out for maximum weight loss? I know I'm asking a lot but if anyone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated for as I am tired of being over weight and being embarrassed taking my shirt off in the summer time.
