Alright guys. I am 17 years of age and *roughly* 10 stone! I was just wondering if anybody has a diet/fitness plan they have for me or could suggest for me for over the 7 days in a week?
I am currently at College doing Sport & Fitness and i also play Snooker at national level so i need good upper body strength (especially in the arms & shoulders area). I sometimes play a wee game of Football with my mates aswell so i will need good stamina!
I want to start attending the gym again but more regular this time and i want to become much bigger and healthier as i am quite a skinny lad.
Diet/Fitness plan or any idea for one, please let me know!
