Hello everyone! This site is really wonderful. It makes me hopeful!
I'm a 17 year old girl from Florida. I weigh around 240 pounds, and I'm really sick of it. I start telling myself I'm going to eat right, and I start getting on my treadmill doing pretty good... But then I have a couple bad days or something, and I just tell myself everything is hopeless. That I'm so big and fat, that nothing is going to change, and I'll always be ugly.
I'm going to try and start again though. I know sitting around and not doing anything, wont help my situation. I can do this if I just put enough will power into it. I'm excited to get started again, specially now that I've joined this great site! I want to weigh around 140 lbs I suppose. I'm not really sure what kind of goal I should set. Should I shoot for loosing 10 lbs first? When I go back to school, I'm worried about my eating habits. I was wondering for anyone else who is either in school, or very busy during the day, what is a good lunch? It's kind of hard since schools don't really serve very many nutritonal things... I usually just skip lunch everyday while at school.
