Im 16 and have recently wanted to get just a little more muscle on me. I weigh about 150-160. im 6'1 and i'd say im average for my height but i think im too skinny. i just want to get to the point where i am when i flex as big as i can, but be that all the time. also, i have a dishwash job at a local resturant and when i lift weights, will it interfere with the busy nights of the week?(i can get pretty busy on the weekends). Sincec i have a job and can get anything you guys would reccomend. thankyou very much for reading and helping me out.
