I am wanting to lose weight, i think 11-12 stone would be ideal. I am trying to eat healthier, less, and exercise.

I can run a maximum of about 3 miles at the moment in about 45 minutes, and try to exercise everyday.

How can I lose weight, anyone got any tips? And how many calories should I be consuming a day. I am currently off fizzy drinks and rarely drink fruit juice. I use semi-skimmed milk, etc, no crisps and chocolates.

How much should I eat, and exercise and how can I lose weight fast? Feel free to share your experiences with me.
 
The calorie needs for teenagers are a bit different than the calorie needs for adults, so it's a little harder to judge.

I'd say cutting out the junk and snack foods are a big first step. I'd say a good number of calories for you to aim for would be around 2200 or so. You might even be able to start around 2500 and still get good results.
