I am wanting to lose weight, i think 11-12 stone would be ideal. I am trying to eat healthier, less, and exercise.
I can run a maximum of about 3 miles at the moment in about 45 minutes, and try to exercise everyday.
How can I lose weight, anyone got any tips? And how many calories should I be consuming a day. I am currently off fizzy drinks and rarely drink fruit juice. I use semi-skimmed milk, etc, no crisps and chocolates.
