16 year old with a problem

I'm not to big for my age (5ft6 and 110lbs) and I really want to play football next year. Coaches told me to bulk up over the summer, which is about 12 weeks. I need some suggestions as to any good workout routine to improve my overall body mass, plus any time of dietary supplements? I do have access a gym, so any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

P.S.
I don't just want bulk, I want it to look nice, for the ladies ya know?
