Im a 16 year old female, 5'7'' and 193lbs. My highest weight was 225 and it took a little over a year to lose that. I hardly work out cause I never really have time. I was wondering when I do have time, what is the most productive way to lose it. My goal is to be 125-130 by August 2007. Also, what kind of food I should eat. I dont drink pop and mainly drink water, and I eat between 1200-1500 a day.
