16 year old routine

Hello I'm kinda looking to get a little buffer and was wondering a good daily full body routine to do.

I'm in fair shape mainly want to just build muscle little.
I don't have any equipment so just my own body weight.

What I'm doing now is 3 set of 50 pushups and 3 sets of 50 situps daily

Just kinda getting me starter till I found something better.
Any advice is great and thanks ahead of time

ps should do they routine daily or have a resting period

First things first get yourself a pull up bar. Second I would suggest you try and get never gymless (go to rosstraining.com), its awesome for someone looking to train at home with no equipment and no gym and will help you develop your own program to get in awesome shape. There is a lot more that goes into programming then doing the same routine everyday even if your just looking to get a bit fitter.
