Hello, I've been doing P90X for about a 2 weeks now, I bought resistance bands and also have Whey protein, and now comes the fact, my Nutrition plan, I have been eating nothing but healthy food like, vegetables and fruits, along with meats for my protein, and then occasional once in every 2 week break where I could eat whatever I want to. But I still am wondering what is a good plan for me, because I'm 16 and basically I'm your typical scrunny kid, I'm currently 6'1 and 155lbs, and I play hockey, and my metabolism is very, very high. I know with nutrition plans your metabolism and your intake of everything from vitamins to protein will effect your fitness altogether. But what would be a good nutrition plan for me, like what should I be eating? And yes I borrowed P90X CD's from my friend, so I don't have the nutrition plan with that either. If anyone could help that'd be awesome ! Also any tips about what routines I should use and basically just how I should actually go about it, would be awesome!
