I am 16 years old and I want to start working out because I have noticed that i started to gain some weight. I am not obese or anything just a little waist fat. I do eat healthy except during the summer because I am home most of the time and I eat a lot of things but during the school year I start eating healthier foods, like vegetables, meat, grains and etc. I don't eat much fast food because my parents like cooking a lot and it is usually healthy and not deep fried. I want to focus more on my legs, calves, and chest. Is there any excercise routines that you would recommend for me. I have limited access to gyms. I do have a treadmill, gazelle machine, weights, and an olympic flat bench withh a calve raise. I am 5ft 8 and 135 pounds. So any tips?
