Hey everyone I'm new to the forum and just wanted to see if anyone out here can help me. Ive been lifting for a decent time now and haven't been really seeing the results i should be and I want to change up my workout routine.Does anybody have any suggestions of what i should be doing? Although while still lifting I like doing cardio after to burn excess body fat because i have a decent amount.My previous routine was doing biceps and triceps one day, taking an off day and then doing chest and shoulder the next day. I had a few questions like should I do a different muscle group everyday, ex: abs one day, chest one day, arms one day,back one day, or do complimentary muscles everyday like back and biceps..chest and triceps...and when should I do pushups/situps/pullups and chinups. All advice is welcome
