16 Year old looking for advice.

I'm a 16 year old girl. I weigh 8.5 stone (119 pound I think) am 5 foot 6 and I don't exercise at the moment although my diet is ok. I've been wanting to tone up and get into shape for a while now so I'm gonna go to a tai chi class next week and see how that goes.
I wanna start a good workout plan but I've no idea where to start really. I probably need to work on my endurance though...
Any tips?

Hey! If you want to work on your endurance, I suggest you can go for really long runs, perhaps twice a week or something. Your endurance level will improve significantly. :) Just my 2 cents worth!
 
Any type of 20-30 min cardio 2-3 times a week in addition to weight training 2-3 times a week will get you where you want to be. Nothing too elaborate just the basics.
