16 y/o male needs HOME routine

Age:16
Weight:190-197
Height:5'10-5'11
I want to reduce my weight, and work out my arms, abs, pec's, and my overall fitness PLEASE HELP ME!!

Well I need a home routine with out weights unless I can use water Jugs, center blocks, that sort of weights Example of a routine I can doPush-ups, sit-ups, pull ups, running, shoulder shrugs, squats, jumping jacks, anything of that sort will work fine for me

I need to know what type of workout, reps, how long, ect.

Well, I'm trying a good ol, intense kill myself thing for a few weeks which in my experience, with MY body works. (my body can take a hell of a bashing)
However in your situation, if you can't intensely roll out of bed, do pressups, go for a 2 mile + run, then finish with pull ups, which would get you losing weight and gaining a bit of lean in a couple of weeks. Wouldn't recommend that however unless you are fairly fit anyway.
Otherwise the more conventional and logical method would be to:

Go running 4 times per week.
Bicep curls 3x8
Concentration curls 3x8
Military press 3x8
Squats with low weight high reps
Situps
Bent over rows etc.
Would be a way to start. But as you've said you would need some kind of weight. Maybe buy some, or go to the gym?
