16 y.o. Looking For Workout Plan Advice

Hi everyone,

I just found this site and I think it's great, but I need some help with figuring out a few things about my workout routine. For the past 3-4 months I have been doing a four day plan (chest/tris, back/bis, shoulders/forearms, legs, with 20-30 mins cardio each day as well). Firstly, I want to know if this is a good way to set things up. Secondly, it would be great if someone could recommend three pectoral exercises so that I am working the upper, middle and lower sections of the muscle (would an incline press for upper, peck deck for middle and decline press for lower work?)? I have also been doing crunches (raising chest to ceiling rather than in to knees/legs) and leg raises, as well as a cable exercise for obliques. Basically, I am wondering if my chest workout is good enough, or needs to be modified or improved. Also, on my shoulders day, is doing a military press (middle delts), bent over lateral raises (rear delts) and foreward arm raises (front delts) good, or do I need to change something?

I know I've got a lot here, but if anyone could give me any help that would be great!! I'm just really looking to make sure that I am doing things right and that I'm not missing anything that could lead to problems later on.

Your setup is good, except you don't really need to focus too hard on your forearms as they get work with many of the other lifts you do. As for your pec day, 3 good workouts are Db Bench, Pec Deck, Decline Bench, Incline Bench and Dips. You can take your pick of which ones you want to do. As for shoulders, I like to do standing db flies rather than straight arm lifts.

I think I covered everything. These are my preferences, and they work decently for me, but you have to find what works for you, these are just some suggestions.
