how tall are you? im not exactly sure but 118 seems like it isnt healthy. you dont have any goals listed, but i'll guess like all teens, including myself, you want to get big. you definatly need to put on some weight. look at the nutrition section and it will most likely tell you what you should be eating. im currently doing this routine and its working great for me. especially if your in an offseason you can modifiy it like i did and add extra workouts and such. i dont know if you should jump right into this workout for the first time youve ever worked out, maybe condition your body first. but other people should be able to awnser that. good luck man
