15 yr old seeking advice on getting fit/abs

Hi everyone, just gonna put this out there that I'm a major noob at fitness working out and I need some advice to getting in shape and getting some abs (what I really want). I'm 15 yr old sophomore, 5'2 and 120lbs and the only physical things I do are tennis at school in the spring and walking everyday. I go to a boarding school so I find it hard to do any physical fitness. Since its the summer, I want to look better before school starts again, which is in about a month. I know I won't be able to get much done in a month, but I wanna try.

So what are some workout recommendations. I don't want to use any equipment yet, so maybe situps/crunches/etc.?
Diet- what to eat as well?

Thanks for your input ahead of time :)

Have you looked through the 'Training Tips for Teens' topic?

If you want your abs to pop out and look good realize that they're mostly based off of body fat.

Sure doing crunches for years will result in larger ab muscles, but even then with fat covering them you wouldn't notice.

The fastest way to lost fat in a month would be to do lots of cardio (Think running/biking/swimming) This will burn lots of calories.

Also try to eat only natural foods (thinks that are grown in nature. no processed junk) and avoid drugs.
