Need some help with a couple of things guy but here are my stats

80kg
Can bench 60kg
100m: 11.6
I am a rugby player and feel I need to bulk up to keep and improve my current level of playing. My overall body strength is good but my arms are pretty weak. I can only benchess 60kg which is pretty poor for me. My diet consits of meat, chicken, pasta, rice etc and pizza but even after eating all of that to try and build up my body I still gain very little weight. Mabye I have a high metabolism? Anyway I try to go to the school gym atleast 2 times a week for a 2hour training. I want to know if there are certain foods I should be eating to try and build up my arms. I want to be able to lift 80kg with lots of hard work.
Another thing I need help with is my sprinting. I haven't been training over the past few months because I've been recovering from 2 fractured left hips which haven't been helped by my growing pains. I've been scared to run at full pace but now I am in full stride. I use to train with a club for about half a year but after all my work I was still around 11.6s. I want to know how I can train on my own so I can be able to get quicker times which will also help me with running on a rugby field. This is important to me because I am having an op. on my toe which will mean I won't be able to run for a while therefore I want to get my training in now before my pace is lost.
