15 yr old- Need To lose Weight/Gain Muscle(need a program)

Alright im 15 yr old , 6'1, about 240 lbs

Alright i live in EST(Timezone) and i am currently in school
so basically

7:25-3:10(school)
3:10-(HW,anything else)

what i have is two sets of dumbells(30 lbs each)
and an EZBar(2 25lb plates,2 5lbs plates,2 3lb weights) and a jumprope

and when im able to go to my dads house(rarely)
I have access to a bench

for me its hard to eat healthy ,basically because,well, im 15 and i cant buy all the food to help me through,

so its whatever is ready for me at home

i dont go running because im shy:eek:(dont ask lol)

so can you guys give me a program that can fit my needs???
