15 yr old boy needs helps

Hi, I am in need of some advice on what I can do to get the perfect body that most guys want my age. I have a treadmill, bench press, body by jake ab scissor, a curl bar, and a pair of dumbells. I also have alot of free weights. What can I do and how often do I need to do it? I am about 5'10'' and 140 pounds (not much muscle at all). Please someone help me out and respond. Thanks

Well you watch too much tv lol. and remember they get paid to do it. would you endorse something if they gave you 500 thousand dollars?
