15 Years Old, Looking to get Fit

I'm 15, 5'7", and I weigh 175 lbs. I have absolutely no muscles, all fat. I'm looking to lose some weight and start working out, but I don't know where to begin. I don't have any strength training equipment at home. I have a treadmill that I've been running on for the past few days. I run 30 min a day, on preset programs on the treadmill. I only run a little more than 1.5 miles though. I play basketball after school most days. I want to know what exercises I can do to lose stomach fat (since thats where most of it is) and get faster at running. I'm also very low on stamina and have weak arms. What exercises can I do on top of running to lose fat and gain some muscle? Also, should I watch what I eat? I don't really snack much, I just eat 3 meals a day, although sometimes I skip breakfast because I'm not hungry in the morning. I should mention, I can't even do one proper push up. (I can do one, but it takes me a while, and I don't even go all the way down). So is there anything I can do to get me started on push ups?
