15 years old and want to lose fat!!!

I'm a 15 year old male, 5'2, 110 lbs and I am wanting to loose my "manboobs", lower and upper belly fat. My daily routine(food and exercise) wake up 6:30, eat peanut butter sandwich, milk and an apple( maybe banana), drink water before going to school. Eat whatever is there, going to bring own lunch next year. I have gym class. And I did play basketball and will for summer league. Come home, eat whatever is there ( cheese and chicken homemade taco and oj). And I go outside bike and pass around a soccer ball, run a little and do trick w ball for 1-2 hrs. then for dinner I eat( every night, parents make me and that's all they cook) white rice, with a time of soup, and veggies, sometimes Chicken, then I go to sleep like at 10 to 10:30. I do planks, squats and other stuff before bed and drink cold water). Please help!!
