So I'm about 5'7 and around 175 pounds. Currently I have a really bad diet but I'm willing to change it to something healthier and adequate for my workout. I'm not so much looking to lose a lot of weight just trying to gain muscle and look better. I'll be signing up at a gym in a week or two and don't really want to pay extra for a personal trainer... Any help is welcome, an I'm obviously not well experienced in workout routines so feel free to tell me what my goal should rather be or something. Thanks!
