15 year old with about 6% body fat or so..... and abs show but are very weird??????

Ok so I am 15 years old and weigh about 127lbs or so with about 6% body fat (estimated might be more). And my height is about 5'8". Now, there are three problems:

1. Friends say I am way too skinny, but I think I look pretty good. What do you think??

2. Abs alignment is very weird. And one side seems to be more defined than the other....

3. Abs seem to look a lot less defined when I am under direct sunlight or stronger lighting conditions, rather than in my room with normal room lighting. Is this normal with everybody or just me????

pics below:

3rd pic is when I am under stronger lighting.

You look good, but you could use some more mass. Being lean is good, though, and you should try to stay that way if you go for adding more mass. You're gonna need a calorie surplus so you'll gain weight, but try to not make it too much. maybe 0.5 kg a week.

The lighting and abs is because of the shading. Lighting does a world of difference on how your body looks.

I'm not sure on how the percentiles differ from men to women but I think 6% is a bit on the low side. I'd say closer to 10% is perhaps slightly healthier. Your antibodies are kept in your fat cells- you don't have fat for no reason.

Having said that, your still growing! at 15 your body is not yet fully developed and you will be best advised to not mess with it too much and let it grow naturally. Let it develop before trying to add extra muscle to it or you risk making it look quite odd (seen it before). When your 18, then is the time to see what you can do, at the moment just concerntrate on being healthy with food and mild forms of exercise of playing sport. The odd sit up wont hurt but going all out and trying to create a build when your 15 is a little too early.

I think like 2% or below is unhealthy for you because there is quite a few guys with a 3% body fat like Cam Gigandet, and Bradd Pitt also had like 5% in Fight club. Whats really bugging me is I have like a the same body fat percent as those guys yet they have like way better definition. I am starting to think that the people who do the makeup and stuff of all those guys have some tricks up their sleeves to get those guys to show some better definition.

You look perfectly fine. You are still young and your body has still a long way for development. But I really admire your determination and focus in order to achieve such kind of body. For me, there is nothing wrong with your abs, the muscle cuts are just okey.
