Right ill see if i can help if im not too late... Firstly ill start off by saying what game? lol... i play loads haha!!

Right... going to need a little bit more info to help you out properly!

How much do you weigh? find it out.. 5 - 20 pounds overweight????

Whats you Diet like? do you eat **** food cause its quick and easy while your gaming?

Diet is going to be the main thing as you will know if you read the stickies! DONT EAT SH1T. By that i mean stay away from fast foods, boxed meals and any fried chicked, chips, burgers and all of that. (PM me if you need help, but search on the stickies)

Also get off your ass and go running or walking depending how big you are. If your not doing any exercise now, anything will help. Even if you in your room doing girly press ups and sit ups, its better than nothing and it will help to burn off that fat you have!! If you can get out side and go for a little jog every once in a while, run at differant paces and run till you start to feel pretty nackerd, not just tired.

Loosing weight isnt just going to happen over night, but if you stick to somthing like a better diet, running every once in a while and doing body weight exercises in your room it will all help. When you get more confident in your excersise, run longer and harder and go out and buy some weights for your room....

This is only 10% of what you can do but as no one else has wrote anything and i joined today.... its a start and hope it helps....
