15 year old weight loss

Hey im 15 years old, im 5'6 and i weigh around 140 (maybe a bit less) I wanna lose weight and get into better shape because i love playing sports but i get tired easily and i have a lot of extra weight and fat, i have a treadmill in my house if that will help but i just need routine aka how long to run for etc..

How long can you run for now? Basically, just start off slow, maybe every other day. Have you ever heard of a couch to 5K program? That might be a good idea, depending on what kind of endurance you have now. Here's an example of one for the treadmill: Couch to 5k - C25K Running Program.
 
It is easy to lose weight if you add 30 minutes of brisk walking to your daily routine, you could burn about 150 more calories a day. Aim to walk at 3 to 4 miles per hour. You can gradually build up to that pace if necessary.
