As a teen, I think you would be best suited by just trying to moderate your food intake and trying to be generally more active. You could also start doing resistance training (can be weights or calisthenics) a few times a week too.

I'd also say you could try counting calories, but (for your particular case and age) just have a rough idea of how much you are having, don't get too obsessive about it.

I've tried to put some general info on this thread, but a lot still remains to be added;

Just note, that at your current weight and age you can probably get started pretty far by just doing some simple changes. As a teen, you are still growing and you don't want to cut the calories too low because you need said calories to sustain that grow. Have a rough idea of how much (calories) you are eating, but don't get totally obsessive about it (E.g: weighing everything to the gram, counting macros), because you don't need to do that in the first place, and because that can probably end in a bad relationship with food.

I'd suggest you start eating around 3000 calories per day and see how that works out. If you aren't losing weight, or losing too slow, you can drop it down a little. For the reasons stated above, I wouldn't recommend you go any lower than 2300 - 2500 calories. If you still not losing weight, you should increase activity a bit.

As for what to eat, first of all don't cut carbs out! Just try to choose better options and not over-processed junk. Even starches (potatoes, rice, corn, oats, etc) are fine (Contrary to what some people may have you believe), just be careful with what you add to them. Also, favor food in their whole form over the processed version.

You can base a diet around vegetables, fruit (try to include plenty of these two), nuts and seeds, starches and lean meats (if you do eat meat). Be careful with added fats and try to avoid oils, and you'll be fine. Avoid drinking calories if you can.

Also as I said you should try to be more active. You could find some exercise videos that you can do at home, or you can start by simply walking, etc. As long as you're moving around, it doesn't really matter what you do. Everything adds up.

So I hope this helps and if you have any questions just ask!
