15 year old, want to improve my body

Well the name is jude and im 5'6 and weigh about somehwere 120ish or higher (yeah im sort of skinny but not that much). And all i really need is some great advices on to improve my chest muscles, and to reveal my abs. I heard your suppose to eat healthy and do someting, but i forgot all that i already kno that i have the rock hard abs cause i could feel them when i flex, but the thing is I CANT SEE THEM. i dont have much equiptments, i just go the old fashion way meaning pull ups, sit ups, dumbell curls, chin ups and i think thats all i do. Thanks for the feedback

and please include how long will i have to do "whatever it maybe to reveal my abs"

hope its no more then 3 months =)))

If you already have the abs, keep working them, but to be able to see them you have to go on a diet and get at aroung 8-10% body fat, then you will start to be able to see them

Yep - you'll start to get a peak at them at around 12% bodyfat, but you really won't see much til 10%. It's very difficult to maintain anything below 12% though, so you can't do it for long. Most bodybuilders hover around 12% in the "off" season. :)

Like the guys above say it's mostly all in the diet. But my brother and i got our abs by eating healthy (not neccessarily on a diet). I recommend you do what i do as follows:
- Crunches
- Elevated Crunches
- Bicycle Crunches
- Leg Crunches
- Situps

I do about 80 crunches - 80 elevated crunches - 80 bicycle crunches - 30 leg crunches - 30 situps - then repeat that for about 3-4 sets. Bicycle crunches are very ideal for feeling the burn. Look them up on youtube and try them very difficult but you can feel the progress.

We don't know your BF% so I'm going to assume its not around 10%. Anywaysm Yes doing crunches and ab exercises will help you develop abdominal strength but will do little in help you achieve your desired goal of showing off that 6 pack. It has been shows that weight training in women is very beneficial for weight loss. And thats what we need to focus on to shed that fat around the midsection. You don't have to starve yourself either. If you weight train you will develop a higher metabolism and your body will burn more calories, because it takes more energy to maintain muscle than it does fat! :) and don't worry about becoming bulky. It just wont happen. Many women shy away from weights for that reason. But it's genetically improbable.
