15 year old trying to gain weight, need diet and work out plan.

Hey guys,

I'm new to all this training. I've been laid back about my foods and working out in the past but I've decided to step it up. I'm about 105 pounds and stand around 5'7. I'm considering doing football next year and I'm going to have to get at least above 140 for this. I think I can do this in the year I have but I need some major help. Does anyone have any tips or a good diet plan for me? I don't have much access to gyms but I can get access. This would be a big help.

Can someone please help me out? At least some tips or pointers.. am I really asking that much?
 
They do, but I don't want to go in there looking like an idiot, considering it's taken over by kids twice my size.
 
Do you have anything you can work with at home? If you don't i guess you're going to have to go work out in your school gym regardless of how big the kids are in there. Hang in there, maybe in a year or so you'd by one of those big kids lol.
 
Not every one of those "twice your size kids" is going to be a jerk. I'm sure there will be a trainer or supervisor there than can be helpful
