I have no injuries and havent used weights. I want to have this workout evaluated for how good it is and if it can be better. I am doing this workout solely for basketball, by the way.

How long have you been doing this workout?

Have you noticed any positive gains like increased speed and vertical jump?

What are you trying to accomplish? Your workout seems to be pretty extensive...perhaps you are trying to do too much and expecting results fast based on the amount of exercises. You don't have to do that many exercises as long as you are doing an intense workout. Focus on your legs and core and keep doing push-ups too...

I have friends that made excellent gains on their vertical and speed using strength shoes. Are you able to get a pair? I have to say that this is the most effective way to increase jumping that I have actually seen...

You should also look into Plyometrics - Google it and read up on it...

Good luck

Doing Squats may help give you a higher jump
