15 year old rugby player needing help!

I am a 5.51 ft tall and weigh about 156 lbs lock foward. I would like to know what the best gym program/fitness regime for me if I wanted to be a backline player. Preferable a fullback.

Im quite quick for a lock. My ball skills (kicking, catcing, passing) are not that bad as well.

I am currently in my post-training and have never been to the gym but im looking to start.

All help would be appriciated.
