15 year old PLEASE HELP

Hey everybody. I am 15 years old, 5'9'' and 197 pounds. I am extremely active, with football lifting everyday from 8-9, and then either speed work, conditioning or skill work from 9-930. Then basketball scrimmaging 930-11. Football is everyday except Wednesday, and basketball is monday, tuesday, and thursday. But, as you can tell, i still have alot of weight on me. I really wanna lose some weight, and get some abs. Any suggestions or help? very very VERY much appreciated.
 
It does sound like you're quite active. What is your diet like???
Having a good diet is very important, especially if you're wanting some nice abs.
Also, possibly increase the weight you are lifting, build some more muscle and therefore burn some more fats.
Other than that, it could just be the age you're at.
